The Nutcracker and the Kingdom of Light is a captivating reimagining of the beloved holiday classic, The Nutcracker. Set in a world where light and darkness are at odds, this unique adaptation infuses timeless storytelling with rich Christian themes. Follow Clara as she embarks on a magical journey into the Kingdom of Light, where she encounters a host of otherworldly characters, from the brave Nutcracker Prince to the radiant Queen of Light, all while uncovering the power of faith, hope, and redemption.

With dazzling choreography, breathtaking music, and a heartwarming message of divine light overcoming darkness, The Nutcracker and the Kingdom of Light is more than just a performance - it’s a journey of spiritual awakening and transformation. This enchanting production promises to inspire audiences of all ages.

A modern musical about one ancient mistake.

What happens when a reluctant prophet, a giant fish, and a rowdy Sunday school class collide? A Whale of a Tale brings the story of Jonah to life like you’ve never seen it before - full of laughter, heart, and a whole lot of running from God.

Told through the eyes of a group of kids who’d rather be anywhere but Sunday school, this vibrant new musical jumps between the present day and the pages of Scripture. With toe-tapping songs, unforgettable characters, and a message about grace that’s as deep as the sea, this is a show for all ages.

Our 15th Annual Recital

EVERY SEASON

 Inspired by Nicole Nordeman’s moving song “Every Season,” this year’s recital reflects the presence of God in every chapter of our lives. From the laughter of summer to autumn's letting go, through the quiet of winter and into the hope of spring, each dance captures how “You are still my God, the Maker of each moment.”  Come celebrate 15 years of ZION’s passion for purpose-filled performance. With original choreography and students of all ages, Every Season is more than a recital — it’s a reminder that in every stage of life, God is near.
